Crab dinner 螃蟹晚餐

Here you go, crab dinner.
Yi Li is the cheef this time. She cook us curry babi hutan and crab.
The curry teaste really good.

Crab is good. Taste just like you are eating at restaurant.

Recession cutter fish (炒油'鱼). Not auspicious 吉祥.
But taste good. Eat all so that it is auspicious .

Sugar & Cuka fish. Another nice one.
Wah, our group really can form a restaurant.
Dont play play.


I missed the photo of ice chilled ramputan.
With skin take off and chilled cool. It will get sweeter.

Full Month Party for New Family Member

Aunty has changed title to become grand mother.
She happy arrange a party and called up all relative and friends.

Introduce to you our new family member.

For perfect Chinese baby full month party, sour ginger, red colored eggs and ang ku is important from good luck and blessing for the baby.
Homemade ang ku, with low sugar and less coloring. Purely sweet. With sufficient amont of messed red bean in it. olive oil is used.

The Japanese Buffet Homemade : Yoku シェフ

A very good morning on 14th June 2009. My girl friend's ladies gang is busying at Sri Tanjung apartment for Japanese food buffet.
Yoku シェフ is the lead chef. She worked in Japan in sushi bar. Have real hand on experience in Japanese food cooking.

Let share the video and picture. However, i can not share you the smell.

The beggining of everything, for me who sleep late and walk up to the
apartment at 11am. The ladies already bussy like crazy since early morning like 7am.




Egg with musrooms and prawn (a lot)




















Japanese la mee, japanese soup (homemade), ginger, wasapi and seaweed.

Served cold, with wasapi and ginger, the smell of soup and seaweed
immediately come out from the mee.

Amazing smell and taste perfectly simple and healthy.
